3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it updated. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Booking & Cancellation
Appointments booked through HealthFinder are subject to the individual provider's cancellation policy. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. HealthFinder is not responsible for fees charged by providers for late cancellations or no-shows.
5. Medical Disclaimer
HealthFinder does not provide medical advice. The AI assistant feature offers suggestions for finding the right type of specialist based on your described symptoms, but this is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
6. Limitation of Liability
HealthFinder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the quality of care provided by healthcare professionals listed on our platform.
